Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt Bars

Ingredients
- 1 cup double cream yoghurt
- ½ cup condensed milk
- ¾ cup frozen strawberries
- 2 bananas
- 18 Tennis biscuits
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Place bananas, condensed milk, strawberries and yoghurt into blender and blend until smooth
- Line pan with wax paper and place first layer of biscuits in pan
- Pour mixture over biscuits
- Place biscuits on top of mixture
- Place in freezer for 4 hours
- Cut into squares, serve & enjoy!
