Scrambled Egg Pitas

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Full Cream Milk
- 2 Tbsp Crumbled Feta cheese
- ½ Cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 10 sliced mini tomatoes
- 3 mini pitas
- 3 eggs
Method
Method:
- Add Milk, pinch of seasoning and egg in a bowl
- Mix egg, milk and seasoning together
- Melt butter in a pan and add egg mixture, cheese, tomatoes and parsley
- Stir and cook for 2 -3 minutes
- Fill pita with egg filling
- Garnish with Feta
- Serve & enjoy!
