Puffed Pastry Margarita Pizza

Ingredients

½ cup of feta cheese
1 cup mozzarella/cheddar
1 sheet puffed pastry
6 whole basil leaves
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Brush a thin layer of olive oil on pastry.
  2. Sprinkle on cheese & tomatoes then add some salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Top with feta cheese and basil & cut into as many pieces as desired.
  5. Serve & Enjoy!
