Ingredients
- ¾ Milk
- 1/3 Double cream yoghurt/Greek Yoghurt
- ½ Spinach
- 1 Green Apples
- 3 Cucumber
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- ½ Avo
- 1 tbsp. Shredded coconut
Method
Combine 3/4 milk, 1/3 cup double cream yogurt, 1/2 heaping cup of raw spinach, 1/2 avocado, 1 chopped green apple, 2 slices of cucumber, 1 tablespoon honey, a tablespoon of shredded coconut in a blender, then process until smooth. Top with an extra sprinkle shredded coconut
