Decadent choc-chip cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup of salted butter (softened)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup of chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
Method
- Preheat your oven to 190°C, line a baking pan with parchment paper, and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream the butter and sugar until combined. Beat in your eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
- Mix in your dry ingredients until combined before adding in your choc-chips.
- Roll 2-3 tbs of cookie dough into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and take them out as they start to turn brown.
- Let your cookies cool for 2 minutes before enjoying!
