Cinnamon Protein Milk Punch

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ Cup of Milk
- ½ Heavy Whipped Cream
- ½ cup cream
- 3 Egg yolks
- ½ Tsp salt
- ½ Tsp vanilla
- Cinnamon
- ½ Cup brown sugar
Method
Method:
- Whisk egg & sugar until light and creamy
- In a sauce pan combine milk, cream, cinnamon and salt
- Stir frequently until it comes to a low simmer
- Add a small amount of hot milk mixture to the egg yolks and mix until the egg mixture is hot
- Repeat until the egg mixture is hot
- Add the egg mixture back into the saucepan and whisk constantly for 5 minutes until mixture is slightly thickened
- Add vanilla
- Serve with whipped cream and garnish with cinnamon and flake
- Serve & enjoy!
