Cheesy Stuffed Meatball Cups

Ingredients
- ½ Cup grated Parmesan & Mozzarella cheese
- 12 Cubes of Mozzarella
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Freshly chopped parsley
- 12 Pre made meatballs
- ¾ Cup Marinara sauce
- 1 Roll puff pastry
Method
Method:
- Press 1 Mozzarella cheese cube into the center of the meatball
- Melt butter in pan over a medium heat and fry meatballs in pan until brown
- Cut 12 round Puff Pastry and align tray with pastry
- Add Marinara sauce, meatballs and grated cheese
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes
- Serve & enjoy!
