Chocolate Yoghurt Cake

4 eggs
⅓ cup sugar, 60 g
1 tsp pure vanilla extract, optional
1.5 cups plain yogurt, 315 g
5 tbsp corn starch, 55 g
¼ cup unsweetened cacao powder, 20 g


  1. Preheat the oven to 175C.
  2. In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk well.
  3. Add the plain yogurt and whisk until smooth. Then add the cornstarch and unsweetened cacao powder.
  4. Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool and top with fresh berries or honey.
