Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 liter plain double cream yoghurt 
1 can of condensed milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence

Method

  1. Whisk the yoghurt, condensed milk and vanilla essence.
  2. Mix for 5 minutes until fluffy and then freeze for 45 minutes.
  3. Remove from the freezer and give it a good stir. It should have a soft serve consistency.
  4. Add optional toppings like frozen berries.
