Creamy Strawberry Popsicles

Serves: 8 popsicles


455g strawberries
¼ cup milk
2 cups full-cream yoghurt
3 tbsp honey


  1. Blend ⅔ of the strawberries, and add the milk, full-cream yoghurt and sweetener of your choice to the blender.
  2. Slice & dice the remaining strawberries.
  3. Fold together and freeze in a popsicle mould or paper cups.
