Eggless Eggnog

5 cups milk, divided
½ cup white sugar
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground allspice
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 ½ teaspoons rum flavouring (optional)


  1. Add 2 cups milk, sugar, pudding mix, rum-flavoured essence, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger to your blender. Blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into a jug and add the rest of the milk while stirring.
  3. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour (or until it thickens).
  4. Stir before serving and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on the top!
