Greek Chicken Salad

1 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp sour cream
10 feta cheese cubes
½ cup of torn lettuce
1 tbsp sliced olives
1 tbsp diced cucumber
1 tbsp sliced red onion
4 cherry tomatoes halved
½ cup diced cooked chicken
1 tbsp chopped parsley


  1. Add the torn lettuce, feta cheese cubes, sliced olives, cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes and cooked chicken into a jar.
  2. In a separate bowl add 1tbsp sour cream and 1 tbsp chopped parsley and mix well together.
  3. Pour mixture/dressing over the salad and garnish as desired.
  4. Serve & enjoy!
